This checklist uses the verified 2025 Undergraduate FAQ. It does not confirm application dates, vacancies or upload rules for CEN 07/2026. Graduate recruitment has a separate notice. Read your active CEN and any corrections before submitting.

Prepare NTPC signature →Complete live capture inside the RRB application using the permitted camera method. A pre-existing photograph or resized image cannot replace this step.
Practise camera framing only →This upload applies to eligible applicants requesting the free travel facility. The FAQ calls for PDF: Q60 says up to 400 KB, while Q32 says below 400 KB. Keep the PDF below 400 KB and confirm the active field. A JPG from an image resizer is not the required PDF.
Keep your original education and applicable category records ready. Follow your CEN for format, validity and verification-stage requirements; do not assume every record needs an image upload during the initial application.
Reopen each file and inspect its clarity, complete content, actual format and byte size. Check the application preview. Renaming an extension does not convert a file, and compression cannot restore missing detail. These tools cannot certify portal acceptance.
