How do I resize a signature?
Upload a clear image of your handwritten signature, crop unused paper, set the required dimensions and KB bounds, then download and inspect the JPG.
Which dimensions should I use for my exam?
Read the notice and upload field for your exact exam and cycle. There is no universal signature pixel size for every recruitment. Exam-specific pages explain the sources and any uncertainty.
How do I resize a photo and signature?
Prepare them separately using Photo or Signature mode. Match each upload fieldโs dimensions, format and file-size limits; do not assume both images share the same requirements.
Does a file-size check guarantee acceptance?
No. File checks compare the exported image with your selected settings. The authority also considers image quality, identity and its own application rules.
How do pixels, centimeters and KB differ?
Pixels describe width and height; KB measures file size. Centimeters depend on DPI. At 200 DPI, 140 ร 60 pixels is about 1.78 ร 0.76 cm, not 4 ร 2 cm.
How can I clean the paper background?
