At SignResize.in, we believe biometric signatures, photographs, and thumb impressions are sensitive personal identifiers. All image resizing, cropping, compression, and filtering occur entirely inside your web browser using HTML5 Canvas & WebAssembly. No image files or signature drawings are ever sent to, processed by, or saved on any remote servers.
1. Information We Do NOT Collect
Because SignResize operates strictly client-side:
- We do not collect, transmit, store, or view the images, signatures, identity photos, or thumb impressions you load into the tool.
- We do not require you to register, provide your real name, phone number, email address, Aadhaar number, PAN number, or examination roll number.
- Once you close or refresh your browser tab, all locally held canvas memory is instantly purged by your device operating system.
2. Log Files & Web Telemetry
Like most standard websites, SignResize.in collects anonymous web server log information to ensure network reliability and protect against DDoS attacks. This may include:
- Internet Protocol (IP) addresses (anonymized/truncated)
- Browser type and version (e.g., Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge)
- Internet Service Provider (ISP)
- Date, time stamp, and referring/exit pages
- Number of clicks for aggregate traffic diagnostics
This data is not linked to any personally identifiable information and is used exclusively for platform maintenance and performance optimization.
3. Google AdSense & Advertising Cookies
SignResize.in may display advertisements served by Google AdSense and other third-party ad networks to fund the free availability of this service.
Google DoubleClick DART Cookies: Google, as a third-party vendor, uses cookies to serve ads on SignResize.in based on prior visits to this or other websites across the internet.
Users may opt out of the use of the DART cookie or personalized advertising by visiting the Google Ad and Content Network Privacy Policy or through AboutAds.info.
Third-party ad servers or networks use technologies like cookies, JavaScript, or Web Beacons in their respective advertisements. They automatically receive your IP address when this occurs. SignResize.in has no access to or control over these cookies used by third-party advertisers.
4. GDPR Data Protection Rights
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), users are entitled to the following rights:
- Right to access: You have the right to request copies of your personal data.
- Right to rectification: You have the right to request correction of inaccurate information.
- Right to erasure: You can request deletion of personal data you voluntarily submit in feedback or contact messages. Images processed by our tools stay on your device.
- Right to object to processing: You may object to our processing of your personal data.
5. CCPA / CPRA Privacy Rights (Do Not Sell My Info)
Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA):
- We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data or uploaded signature documents to any data brokers or commercial third parties.
- California consumers have the right to request disclosure of categories and specific pieces of personal data collected, or request deletion of data.
6. Children's Information (COPPA)
Protecting the privacy of young children is paramount. SignResize.in does not knowingly collect any Personal Identifiable Information from children under the age of 13. If a parent or guardian believes that SignResize.in has personally identifiable information in its database, please contact us immediately, and we will promptly remove such records.
7. Voluntary Feedback & Contact Messages
When you choose a satisfaction rating, it is sent to our feedback database. If you then send a comment, problem report, suggestion, or contact message, we store the text you submit and any optional name or email address you provide.
Feedback records include the page path, tool, mobile or desktop category, browser family, time, and website version. We use these records to investigate problems, compare improvements, and respond when you supply an email address. These records are stored in Cloudflare D1 and are available to the website administrator through a protected dashboard.
Your tool images, signatures, identity documents, file contents, and original filenames are not attached to feedback. Please avoid including personal document information in your message. We do not store raw IP addresses in feedback records; daily keyed identifiers are used to limit spam and login attempts. Identifiers older than one day are pruned during subsequent feedback requests.
We retain feedback for support and website improvement. You can request removal of a submitted message through our contact page, providing its approximate date and relevant details so we can locate it. Closing the browser does not delete feedback you have submitted.
